I AM HUMANITY was formed by a group of people who are committed to the FLOURISHING OF HUMANITY and have dedicated our lives to that.  We collectively raise our voices for that mission.  We ask that you join us by declaring I AM HUMANITY.

I AM HUMANITY! Like Julia, I play many roles.  I have a hat for CEO, Physicist, and that Romance is Abundant is a role I play - as well as many others.

Throughout life we have thousands of roles that we will play.  Each of them has a way of Being that touches humanity.  Each way of Being has actions that are consistent with it.

And the most important role I will ever play is I now declare - 

“I AM HUMANITY”

 - and that makes me the happiest!

I AM HUMANITY!  We are committed to shifting the way humanity sees itself. We belong to the human race, humanity - and it is our own uniqueness we were born to contribute.  Then we CAN become more focused on Being Curious - and Being Connected to all of Humanity.

We focus on our own uniqueness.  I am unique - everyone is unique!  What really IS special, is that we get to contribute to the world our own special UNIQUENESS.

When I am standing in humanity, it has me feel the interconnection with all that is.  We know that we are fundamentally connected in our hearts.

What it means to me is that life is not “personal” - no matter how much we want it to be.  We are all from the same source, we return to the same source.  We are here together - and we grow together because we truly need one another.  We come here from the same source to have some amazing experiences together - no matter if the glass is half empty or half full.  Even when it sucks - when we work together - bad experiences can have a positive human value for each of us.

Peter Fiekowsky

Is an MIT-educated physicist with 27 patents, a serial entrepreneur, activist and social innovator. He founded the Foundation for Climate Restoration (F4CR) and predecessor groups, as well as the Methane Action group and Methane Oxidation Corporation. He helped found a renewable energy financing company, and wrote the F4CR climate restoration white paper. Over the last eight years he has worked closely with the entrepreneurial and academic leaders developing the viable, scalable, and permanent solutions that constitute the Climate Restoration path.

Julia Dederer

Director of Organizational Development, Foundation for Climate Restoration.  She is a transformational coach in Silicon Valley with over 30 years’ experience supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives to take the reach and scope of their impact to the next level.

Susan Hoskins

Chief Executive Officer of I AM HUMANITY, whose mission is to provide expanded awareness, shifts in self-concept and highlight leadership that promote and nourish the flourishing of humanity. Hoskins is also founder of the Human Spirit Institute, which offers workshops, classes, coaches and products that unleash and foster a lifestyle of self-expression and in-the-moment experience of a quality of life.  She is committed to the declaration that the decade of 2020’s is the Decade of Honoring the Human Spirit.  Previously, Hoskins founded the Coalition for Economic Empowerment and served as CEO for 28 years delivering programs to support low-income peoples globally.

Pat Lovejoy

Is a trained registered Physical Therapist and certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.  She has 50 years of experience working and inventing with people to discover ways of moving through life with grace and ease.  She has worked with people of all ages from around the world and of many cultures.

Arnold Murray

CIO for the Unleashing The Human Spirit Institute.  Arnold is a native Washingtonian, with extensive Project Management and Training & Development experience.  His core communication skills developed while working at the White House during the Nixon, Ford and Carter Presidencies’. - He maintains a highly ethical environment and brings over forty years of IT experience, an extensive knowledge of technology best practices and solid relationships with technology & cybersecurity experts. - Investing over twenty years in the study and practice of Human Behavior Science and leadership has prepared him for the honor of coaching others in their self-discovery and empowerment.

Mandeep Singh

“Executive Coach” Senior Associate, Executive Coaching & Consulting Associates - Bringing 35+ years of hands-on experience, Mandeep has worked internationally, across cultures and organizational boundaries, partnering with leaders who want to bring their own vision and passions into service for the world. - Mandeep’s natural style is gentle, completely natural, energizing, satisfying and fun.  Clients report their work together as transformative. - Mandeep is also an Executive Coach with the American University Key Executive Leadership Programs. Clients include: The World Bank; USSS; Fairfax County, VA.; Applied Materials (USA, China & Taiwan); Grupo Elektra (Mexico); North Delhi Power Limited; Samsung and IBM.

Marillyn Hoskins

Is a cultural anthropologist. She has taught, done research and supported rural groups in the US, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Living in Asia she joined UNESCO in research and training future teachers to design programs addressing local concerns.  She wrote a book on life in a quarter in Saigon.  She also wrote for USAID studies on the differential impacts of projects on men and women.
Living in Africa she joined an African research group and was able to help artisan groups and villagers design future projects.
She joined the forestry department of FAO of the United Nations as their first social scientist.  She coordinated the Forest, Trees and People Program changing, it from top down to collaboration with local national groups.

Steve Francis

He began his career as a graduate assistant coach at North Carolina State University earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and human resource development.  He branched out into sales, business development and higher education. As a collegiate instructor, he helped design curriculum at various universities as well as for defense contractors. His interest in human behavior and business led him to complete a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Walden University. Currently he works as a psychotherapist for Wellspan Health in York, Pennsylvania. He has been married to his wife, Sallie, for 25 years and they have a 17-year-old son, Max.
